It provides dissemination and professional development services to enhance the quality of career and technical education programs. Note: The National Dissemination Center for Career and Technical Education ceased operation on December 31, 2006. Webxam Website Graphic Webxam.org is an Internet assesment system for Ohio’s Career–Technical Programs. Students from all over Ohio and surrounding areas log on to take exams.
