Professional Development
CETE recognizes the key importance of professional development and training in keeping educators at all levels prepared to meet the needs of a workforce development system. CETE staff members have conducted thousands of conferences, workshops, seminars, and training activities for public and private sector participants.
- Staff Development. CETE offers a variety of workshops, seminars,
and certification institutes on topics relevant to workforce development professionals,
leaders, and scholars. In each expertise area (i.e., standards, curriculum and instruction,
assessment, evaluation) we offer sessions regularly as well as customize trainings
to client needs.
- Leadership Development. CETE staff members provide assistance and
recommendations to governmental agencies to ensure more informed decisions related
to designing and implementing workforce development programs.
