  • Planning and Evaluation - Assist organizations and agencies to identify and prioritize issues and needs and to evaluate the worth and value of their efforts.
  • Curriculum Development - Use a systematic approach to identify jobs and tasks, develop design training and educational programs, assist in implementing the programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs.
  • Individual Assessment - Develop reliable and valid instruments to measure job knowledge and skills, career interests, and work competencies of students and employees.
  • Professional Development - Conduct workshops, seminars, and certification institutes on topics relevant to workforce development professionals, leaders, and scholars.
  • Performance Improvement - Use processes and tools to ensure the quality of organizational and training outcomes based on international quality standards.
  • Policy Formation - Provide assistance and recommendations to governmental agencies to ensure more informed decisions related to designing and implementing workforce development programs.
  • Research - Conduct studies with partner organizations that advance the bodies of knowledge related to workforce development and contribute to organizational and individual success.
  • Consulting and Technical Assistance - Respond to requests on specific issues and questions related to workforce development research and practice.
  • Dissemination - Provide access to a wide array of resources in both print and digital formats related to workforce development topics.
